Returns
You may return any item within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, provided that the item is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Email us at [email protected] to request a return authorization.
2. Pack the item securely in the original packaging.
3. Ship the package to the address provided in your return authorization email.
Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days, depending on your bank.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item of your choice.
